Men with UK accents posing as asphalt contractors are re-sealing driveways, with or without the property owner's permission. If they talk to the property owner, they provide a quote of a few hundred dollars. After they seal the driveway, they demand several thousand dollars of payment. and can be aggressive. THIS IS A SCAM.
These guys appear to be targeting west county and elderly residents. If you see them or talk to them, please call Sheriff's Dispatch at 707-565-2121. Please share this information with your elderly neighbors.
