Just in case anyone is panicking about what to do if you end up having to be quarantined and can’t work. EDD says some can apply for disability if you or someone you are caring for has been told to quarantine. See link for info

To be clear- other then the cruise ship passengers pretty much no one in CA is quarantined. Please don't deluge the EDD and other agencies with requests...

And... even if you or loved one are officially quarantined ... please understand you're talking about the CA government. Expect at least 1-2 months for any compensation and plan accordingly.
