So,,,is this related to the class action lawsuit against BP & Home Depot settled in 2016? And if so...wasn't the deadline for claims a month ago?

I don't know what's happened recently. All I know is that I had BP panels installed, cost over $20,000. They were total rubbish, and I had to have them replaced. There was said to be a refund program, which was kept secret as far as I can see. When I tried to apply, I was told that unless I had taken photos or movies of the panels' being removed, I had no claim. I wasn't aware that there was a class action law suit.
So,,,is this related to the class action lawsuit against BP & Home Depot settled in 2016? And if so...wasn't the deadline for claims a month ago?
