45 yr old... All tools... References... Like to get $25 an HR min. With my tools some bigger jobs or multi dimensional jobs would bid per job. Window clean, minor plumbing, landscape biz for 6 years in Midwest. 7 year local mostly Occidental... Early riser and work around weather patterns.
