Mind-Body Skills Group, 8-week self-care & stress management workshop
8 Mondays, 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Series Only: Members: $48; Non-Members, $60

Learn how to use evidence-based Mind-Body-Spiri<wbr>t Skills for self-care and stress management by enhancing your resilience and self-awareness. Groups include breath-work, meditation, movement (modified for all abilities), writing, guided imagery, and drawing, along with regular sharing in a safe and caring environment.
Loo<wbr>king for participants willing to commit to all 8 group meetings.

Import<wbr>ant registration info: Registration required by Jan. 13. Once approved by facilitators, payment due by Jan. 24. Call 707-829-2440 to reserve your spot. Scholarships available, inquire at front desk. All sales are final.
