The Sebastopol Center for the Arts, inspired by our Ned Kahn/Bruce Shapiro exhibit, is having its first ever Art, Science and Technology Day on October 21st from 10-5pm. The street will be closed outside the Center and filled with a mini-exploratorium offering hands-on activities and demonstrations for all ages.

Participating organizations include: Kidspot Imagination Center, Children's Musuem of the North Bay, Make Magazine, Cisco Systems, JDS Uniphase, Bruce Shapiro. Art Cars, Sonoma Serves and many more...

Activities will include: Kaleidoscope tunnel, magnet tables, robotic art making devices, making sculptures from technology's scraps, sundial making, marshmellow shooters, smoke ring cannon, airbrush painting, flash photography booth and much much more...

I am looking for volunteers to help throughout the day. There are many exciting ways to be involved. Please call me at 829-4797 or send an email to [email protected].

Thank you!
