Looking for draftsman to draw plans for foundation for manufactured house

I need to submit plans to PRMD for a foundation for my 16'x56' manufactured house, and the extra room addition. Looking for someone knowledgeable to help. I have the manual with all the load tables, and some soils info. Please contact me if this is something you can do.
