This supportive community program is for those ever diagnosed with cancer, currently or survivors. We gather together, do some grounding, breathing, gentle yoga and inner meditative practices. Then we have a relaxing 45 minute sound journey with singing bowls, flute, harp, chimes and lots of other soothing and healing instruments.

We have expanded this cancer group support program that has been offered in Santa Rosa for over 2 years. Now first Fridays in Petaluma, 3-5pm. Our Santa Rosa program continues every last Wednesday at the Finley Center, 5:30-7:30pm.
