SATURDAY, MARCH 23, 7:00–10:00 p.m., Razzmatazz presents THE RED AND BLACK BALL, Monroe Hall, 1400 West College Avenue, Santa Rosa.
No partner necessary! Dancing to recorded Balkan and international favorites 7:00. Gradina (Balkan choral and instrumental ensemble) and Druzhina (Balkan instrumental ensemble) dance set starts about 8:00. Druzhina includes Ken Genetti, tambura and hammer dulcimer; Gaelen Genetti, kaval; Karen Guggenheim, gajda and tambura; and Jana Mariposa Muhar, accordion, tambura, and percussion.
