Do you mean the black rubber with the blocks every 2 feet or so? It's a conveyor belt- I'm not sure if that's a piece or the whole thing- could have been used in countless stages in a processing facility or barn - unloading, sorting, moving to bins/trucks or to a crusher, probably others as well...
And... I don't know... but their length looks almost right (width looks a little wide for me but maybe) for farm equipment- ie - the pickers dumping their baskets/bins into it and it going up and dumping into the wagon or truck...
