I stumbled across this site and felt I should share.
Just enter your address and it'll show you a list of everything on your ballot with public info. Information (which they take from candidate websites and similar sources) seems rather unbiased and is intended to be nonpartisan.

Done! That worked well. I was able to decide all these without much uncertainty of how I wanted to vote. Except I guess for that water bond proposition, which I've not really looked into yet.
