I am voting AGAINST PROPOSITION M. We throw money at the parks which they spend to put up fences and kiosks to collect our money a second time to access said parkland. The same is true with Santa Rosa Parks and recreation. Fees are charged for classes and then an additional fee is charged for "membership". If I pay taxes once, I AM A MEMBER!
with all due respect, when was the last time you were in one of our Sonoma parks? I'm voting FOR prop M.

Due respect is exactly the issue. Our tax money is not responsibly managed with respect to taspayers. I have visited Goat Rock and environs (Bill Cortum Trail) about a dozen times since June. I accessed said lands by public transit. I frequently visit Spring Lake and Santa Rosa's adjacent park. My issue is with mismanagement and double-dipping. How many ways will they figure out a way to pay retirement fees for retiring employees? Including road fees.
