I'm looking for someone who has experience fixing printers. I have an Epson printer...WF 2520. Had neighbor help me in using a cleaning kit to unclog it. Ran some checks for maintenance which allowed some printing but missed areas. Cleaned the heads etc. and now it won't print.

And is it worth it to have it fixed or buy a new one?

Thanks for support!

Printer manufacturers make most of their money by selling ink, just as blade razor companies make the most money
by selling new blades. New printers are generally pretty inexpensive, compared with the labor cost of repairing old ones.

If you've been unable to clean the heads (and you've made sure there is ink in the cartridges, and the cartridges aren't clogged with dried-out ink), You might be better served by a new printer. I like to read the least favorable reviews on Amazon when considering which make and model to buy. Many of the most positive reviews are pretty shallow.

Good luck!
