I researched all of the health food brand pet foods sold at Whole Foods for our shopper's guide and found GMOs in all but two of them, and one of those two (Organix) is owned by Nestle. The only commercial pet food I found that I recommend so far is Newman's Own Organic. There are some small companies making clean pet foods, including some made locally, that I have not had time to research further.
