Planning Final Stages
Learn important factors leading to a comprehensive plan for end-of-life stages. We will address Advanced Health Care Directives, expectations of medical advocates, palliative care, the involvement of hospice, and much more. The time of our passing can be one of honor and the greatest gift we give those we leave behind.
