I've heard that Dr. Reif at La Plaza Veterinary Clinic in Cotati charges less than many vets. 707 794-1299

I would call the Humane Society/SPCA Veterinary Hospital. I believe their number is 284-1198. They probably don't do the dental there, but could recommend whoever they work with. I pray you will find just the right person who will quickly and efficiently do the job and have your friend all shipshape soon! At a reasonable cost. :2cents:

When Mitzy needed dental work, I thought the Humane Society would be less expensive. But when I took her there, after seeing 4 other vets, their prices were the same as the others. I was surprised because for some reason I thought they would be less. And they couldn't take her in for a month!

Yes, he does charge less than other vets because he does not require a pre-surgery blood test if your animal is in good enough health. I brought my little chihuahua there last year and she did just fine. They charge a flat fee of $200 plus a little extra for extractions. Other vets can charge twice that - or even more. Good luck.
