Yikes! If you need a replacement pair of eyeglasses, and it sure sounds like you do, you can order them online at Zenni (https://www.zennioptical.com) Optical for under $40 including shipping. they even have a snazzy new lens that blocks out blue and ultra-violet light.
You will need to get your prescription from your optician, who is required to provide it to you on request.
If you have your prescription already, you could have someone drive you to Lenscrafters in Santa Rosa and get a replacement pair within a day... but it will cost much more, of course.
