The video is disturbing and very real. The incident occurred in a motel in Arizona in January 2016.
I call this the Harvey Weinstein approach to Police Accountability. Zip, Zero, Zilch, NONE - no accountability.
If American Police Departments are unable to "control their dogs", it seems logical that their un-controlled dogs should not have access to Assault Weapons.
