Greetings!
I am offering up to (3) free one hour coaching sessions in the month of December for individuals experiencing post disaster trauma related symptoms (stress, anxiety, fear, grief, etc…).
Please pass my information on to anyone that could potentially benefit. These sessions will be over the phone or via video calls.
Some of what I offer includes:
Body centered grounding exercises
Tools for accessing and anchoring inner resources
Mind clearing techniques
Getting unstuck from habitual patterns
Self-help techniques to release emotional and physical pain
My background and experience:
Masters degree in Psychology
20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through lives challenges in the field of social services
Experience as a Counselor, Behavioral Consultant, Parent Coach, Case Worker and Manager.
Certifications in Process Coaching and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Reiki levels 1 & 2
