China Banning Non-Electric Cars

China is not messing around when it comes to phasing out gas-powered cars. Tell us what you think in the comment section below.

"The Chinese Government has not said when the full ban on petrol and diesel car sales would take effect, but other countries like the UK and France aim to do it by about 2040. The decision could see China, which makes and buys more cars than any other country, send shockwaves across the global auto manufacturing sector.

"The message would be out there, and all the other the manufacturers in the world that want to sell in China desperately will realise that the writing is on the wall," industry analyst Gary Glazebrook said." [Petrol engine manufacturers] will essentially be crowded out or legislated out of the market unless they switch to electric cars. "Professor Glazebook thinks China can implement the ban much sooner than European markets. "The thing that has been holding it back up until now is the cost of electric cars and the fact that they didn't have enough range," he said.”

<style type="text/css">p { margin-bottom: 0.1in; line-height: 120%; }a:link { }</style> Surprise: 24/7 fuel-free engines will be able to power vehicles of all sizes that will never need fuel.

A converted Ford engine proved the concept. A second engine has been converted by Sebastopol's AESOP Energy LLC. That engine will soon be validated by an independent laboratory.

Inexpensive engines are being designed. They can be made of polymers (plastics) since there is no combustion.

The science expands the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Consequently, few scientists and engineers believe such engines are possible. A White Paper is available. The work reflects 27 years of effort. See aesopinstitute.org (https://aesopinstitute.org/) to learn more.

Imagine cars having unlimited range, dispensing with any need for fuel.

The engines can be used to propel vehicles directly, or in an arrangement similar to existing hybrid cars, with no fuel required - ever.

These engines will provide an alternative to vehicles that require fuel, without necessarily involving electric drive.

They will also be used to power homes 24/7.

Variations can be developed to power aircraft.
