Good Morning:
Tomorrow, Thursday, September 14th, Many Rivers will host an evening with Jampa Dorje, also known as Richard Denner. Richard, who currently lives in Washington State, was a resident of the area for many years. Many of us have been inspired by his example and poetry.
The evening will be a talk, 'Jampa's Journey: An Evening with Richard Denner'. Richard has been a treeplanter on the moonscape of Mount St. Helens, logger in Alaska's boreal forest, hunter, fisherman, monk in long retreat, and he has produced a series of chapbooks that tell of his outdoor adventures. This promises to be a wonderful evening filled with poetry and stories.
Time: 7:30 PM
