I would like to move to Sebastopol and presently am staying in Grass Valley temporarily, I visited Sebastopol for 3 days this week. I don't know very many people in sebastapol and would like a live in exchange situation. The possibility of either parking a pop up trailer on someone's land, or a room to share in a house in exchange of help for a couple of hours a day, or however the arrangement can work for both of us.
I am community oriented, as well as an individual having space and respecting others space, I am 45 yrs old non smoker, no drugs but support medicinal cannabis, I have a resume and also references in case trust issues arise and also if you want to see my work experience, I have live in situations references as well.

I need a car that is reliable, I will use for leisure travel, and getting around, with a mileage of 130 to 140, my budget is 1000 maximum. I am looking for employment also.
