Standing Rock Health Survey - Please Circulate
A community member l. frank is collecting data for a health survey. If you have been to Standing Rock, please fill out this health survey whether or not you have any symptoms arising from the time you went to Standing Rock.
It is important to fill this survey out whether or not you were sick after Standing Rock. It will be helpful to fill out the survey even if you were healthy after being at Standing Rock.
Please circulate this survey to everyone you know who might have been to the Standing Rock camps.
