Thank you Moondance Cellars for taking part in our Wastewine to Moonshine project. The wastewine you provided us with will be converted into our first batch of Sebastofuel for Laguna Farm ethanolers. It is our hope that wineries throughout Sonoma County will follow your lead in the effort to reduce petroleum consumption and donate their wastewine to us as well.
