Reasonably priced lodging for 5?

I'm looking for recommendations for a reasonably priced place where five people could stay comfortably. (No couples in the mix but room sharing fine.) Kitchen facilities desired.
Location: Sebastopol / Santa Rosa / the coast...
(Not too far from good dining options.)
