Baja dental referrals

Hello!
Does anyone have experience going to a dentist in Baja California (Mexico)? I've heard that they have good quality and low cost clinic(s). Thank you, your input would be appreciated. FYI, I know some great local dentists already and am looking to cut down on some dental costs by going out of the country.

This question has been asked many times, so if you search for "dental in Mexico" it will bring up several posts from those recommending Baja dentists. I've never had work done there myself, but have a friend who has been using Dr. Bartel, for many years.
