Word Press Savvy Webdesign Person Wanted

I am seeking referrals unless you are that person, who can help me to design my Word Press site. I am in the process of redesigning my old site into something more current and need help with moving all the parts around. I have a theme installed, would like to change it some and am not really sure how to go about getting it to look the way I want it too.

So if you know of anyone who charges between $25-50 an hour, knows what they are doing, and who I could speak with about this project, then please contact me with their name and number or email.
