I went and found it relatively encouraging. Given that we are playing defense for the time being, the courts seem to be a strong line of defense to protect the environment and both EarthJustice (https://earthjustice.org/) and NRDC (https://www.nrdc.org/) seem to be doing a good job of fighting for us.
