Sebastopol City Council will discuss actions to promote affordable housing on Tuesday

According to the agenda on the City website, on December 20th at their regular meeting, the Sebastopol City Council will discuss actions to promote affordable housing, review long-term recommendations for rent control and tenant protections, and discuss modifying accessory dwelling unit regulations. The City Clerk also said that they will be discussing a housing committee at this time. I'd suggest this is an opportunity to show support a variety of issues relating to affordable housing in Sebastopol that will also have impacts on the rest of the county. I plan on being there.
