Happy Holidays, Waccobians! The City of Sebastopol has just launched its new website (https://www.ci.sebastopol.ca.us). While a few adjustments are still being made and Phase II will provide even more features, the rollout is a site that is now mobile-responsive, allows you to pay your water/sewer bill online, and provides multiple channels to contact the City to provide feedback and ask questions.
