If you and your friends and family have no financial interest in the matter, then it belongs in General Community. If there is a financial interest of any sort, then it belongs in Services Offered (since it is essentially an advertisement).
And I heartily welcome reviews of any sort by anybody! (Hey, anybody want to create/find a little "thumbs down" smilie/emoticon?) Reviews of Events should go to the Events and Classes category.
