I need someone on an on call basis to help me with occasional chores around the house -- it might be (right now) helping get an Xmas tree off my car, and onto the stand; moving some furniture in a room; doing a little prep work for a paint job; raking leaves and other yardwork etc., and possibly some more skilled handyman type stuff that might come up.
I'd like to develop a relationship with someone as there is often a few hours work to do on a weekly basis or every other week in the winter and more often in spring and summer.
I'm 67, and have had a couple spinal fusions and hip replacements. Very active but theres a bunch of stuff I can't do.
I can pay $12 hr for the simple stuff, and $15 to $20 an hour for the more skilled work. We can discuss.
I do need some help right away however!
