:drummer:I am a West Sonoma County based musician seeking a practice space for my drum set, saxophones, and other instruments. Ideally, I am looking for something like a lockout space, where I might pay monthly rent in exchange for full access to the space. Also, good sound insulation or tolerant neighbors is a must. I'm open to options: a small structure on residential land, a studio in a warehouse, or whatever else could work. If you think you might have a space you're interested in renting out for musical use, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am willing to pay up to $500 a month. Using the space to teach music lessons is something else I'd be interested in, but that's not a necessity. I really would just love a place to do what I love.
