Seeking quiet confident person to ride one of my mares with me so I can keep them exercised.
I was riding twice in a day but I now have a dog to walk too and no dog people to walk the dog while I ride.
I try to get out several times a week, usually Friday thru Sunday. and in the evenings when the light allows.
Horse pals are also welcome to come over and just groom and play with the girls if you need a horse fix.
although I love to ride alone it is important my senior gal keep flexible.
snowflake is a 30 year old 13.5 hand Arabian that still likes to go as she is able.
Jabaska is 15 yrs, 15.1 arabian who is a pokey pony girl that needs to keep moving due to an old shoulder injury. due to her sway back the max. weight is 125 pounds.
I love to loop and trot, let people pet the horses, and move to the side as needed for people to pass. I dismount and walk when needed and like teaching moments, and trying new things.
I dont like inane chatter.
I use natural horse manship techniques and do trail patrol for the county parks.
we live in Fulton and ride in many of the county and state parks, rain allowing, all year.
A few people answered the last ad but most did not reply back so I am trying again.
