Donald Trump has suggested on numerous occasions that the vote is rigged, and he's hinted he might not accept the outcome. Mike Pence said today that Trump is talking about media bias, which if you read his actual statements he's not, and that both he and Trump would respect the outcome of the election.

There's been an armed Trump supporter lurking outside a Democratic office for a couple of days now intimidating democrats. I fear that a voter in an open carry state will get shot for attempting to vote. It will only take one. Trump could win if Hillary voters fear for their lives. That's the rigging that scares me.
Pence may respect the results of the election. Trump may, but I don't trust him. The people I worry about are the right wing sovereign citizens who are armed and who are threatening insurrection if Trump does not win. They don't respect the results and they don't respect the democratic process. Thankfully we have a National Guard to defend We The People from armed White Male Entitled Terrorists. In two separate incidents in the last few days these people have threatened Muslims. Trump is the candidate of Cliven Bundy and his Sons of Stupidity. Vote Citizens! A landslide for Clinton will make it harder from Trump to claim the election was rigged. He needs to go down by 75 to 25.

Here's the second installment of that Project Veritas' questionable documentary about Democratic voter fraud. Trump and the Republicans are going to jumping up and down about this one from here to the election and beyond.
It's pretty disturbing. But notice there are lots and lots of splices. The producer has edited videos in the past to make something appear different than what happening.
Sure is a pity this is coming out now, b now that Trump commit suicide in the debate by not accepting the election results. This give him a (weak) case to be made and will play into the Republican's mission to invalidate Hillary's presidency.
On the other hand, If anything like this is even remotely happening, it needs to be brought to light so it never happens again.
Best thing Hillary can do, IMO, is to repudiate it and fire lots of people, including some big wigs.

Evidence? Ok, it looks scary, but just do a simple search in Wikipedia about the author and his Veritas company. O'keefe is a staunch conservative that is trying to manipulate us with his videos. According to Wikipedia, although the scenes appear to be candid shots of DNC operatives, the scenes are staged. This is simply a houx to try and convince us that Hillary is rigging the election. I think there is too much here to dismiss this out of hand. I'm sure the video editing was highly selective and construed to paint the darkest picture. None the less, there are several uninterrupted clips that are pretty disturbing. I'm sure these videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IuJGHuIkzY) will get wider exposure over the next few days. Most unfortunately it plays right into Trump's hand that the election is "rigged". Thankfully, I don't think the scale that these black ops and possible voter fraud operations matches the scale that Trump will lose by.

No personal or political opinion on this, but here's a recent news story from CNBC:
At the third presidential debate, Donald Trump (https://www.cnbc.com/donald-trump/) invoked a video that says supporters of Hillary Clinton (https://www.cnbc.com/hillary-clinton/) were paid to incite violence at one of his rallies in Chicago (https://www.cnbc.com/chicago/). It was an attack thread to emphasize that her campaign was "sleazy."
But what Trump didn't say is that he has paid the filmmaker who he says uncovered the story.
The video, which was just released earlier this week and made by conservative activist James O'Keefe of Project Veritas, was paid $10,000 by the Trump Foundation in May of 2015 - one month before Trump's announcement of candidacy.
