We are seeking a long term rental for Dec. 15 or Jan. anywhere between Novato and Point Reyes Station, and ideally in the Valley or Fairfax - 1 bedroom or 1 bedroom plus a den, fenced yard if possible for our dog, Reggae, good ATT signal, sunshine, low or no traffic noise would be great. We have minimal furnishings and few belongings.
49F/59M/1-1/2M - Married, non smokers, non drinkers, both employed, Spirit Rock volunteers, homeowners for 30 years, reliable tenants. Our dog, Reggae, is crated while we are away and is being trained as a therapy dog. He is a 62# boxer/hound mix and is very well behaved.
We are entertaining all options - short term/long term/house sitting/cooperative housing - please keep us in mind!
