We are a conscious household looking for like minded housemate who ideally works outside the home.
Our home was built in 2010 composed of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located near Trader Joe's and Whole Foods in Novato. The rear landscaped yard is quiet and tranquil sounds of birds and ocassional visit by a deer family every now and then.
Home has high ceilings, spacious rooms, Liv. & dining room, family room with fireplace and TV, large chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. The room is bright and approximate size is 11.5 feet x 13.5 feet plus a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. Monthly rent is $1195 w/ WIFI, cable, all utilities, cleaning 2 x month. There is a washer & dryer in the home.
Our household consists of myself and my wife and two professional women.
(1) year lease, NO pets, NO Smoking(including vaping or e-cig), NO drugs. street parking only, no garage.
