I just want to remind us that Headlines matter. I had to counter balance the current thread that is out there.

I invite community members who have actually used SWMC since it reopened to add your experience to this thread. This isn't about finances, this is about a community hospital that is now open and wanting to stay open.

The ER has certainly seen many patients and saved lives. Some of our top doctors in the County have been providing medical care and the private rooms are the bomb!

I have benefited from both the ER and elective surgery facilities at SWMC and very much appreciate them. I do not like hospitals, but I do have to visit them occasionally and much prefer the more intimate SWMC to the larger institutions. Also, since I'm paying those taxes I do kind of like the feeling that I may be getting something back. That said, my wish to all is that you never need to visit SWMC.
