Need help taking out a potato vine

Hi - I have a very small project - removal of what's left of a potato vine on my fence. I'd like the rest taken down and the roots pulled out. The worst has been removed. It was huge. I can't manage this last part on my own. I also may be looking for a new gardener to do monthly maintenance. Here is a photo. I think what's left will fit in my yard waste can.
