kitchen plumbing needed asap

Hi: My kitchen sink was clogged last night so I used vinegar and baking soda, hot water and plunging. It didn't go down so figured I look further into it in the morning. I awoke to a flooded kitchen floor and full sink of water. I emptied all the water and cleaned up my kitchen but I can't use the sink. There was water in the dishwasher but I didn't use it for a couple of days.
