"Nearly every other day in California a person is shot by the police. Since 2000, 1,300 people have been shot by police in LA county alone, yet not one cop has been charged. My competitor, State Attorney General Kamala Harris, continues to refuse to prosecute killer cops. I believe this war on Black and Brown people must be stopped."
