I am looking for a good resource person who specializes in helping seniors who are retiring and figuring out their financial situation. We need someone who can help with qualifying with low income housing , how to make smart money decisions, and real estate knowledge .I am not looking for an investment adviser. I am trying to get some contacts for my mother. I would appreciate any leads in Marin or Sonoma County for a financial and retirement specialist who is reasonably priced. thanks so much.
