A few weeks ago I signed a petition sponsored by MoveOn.org (about the hospital) that came from a link here on Wacco. \Much to my dismay this was a ruse to inundate me with daily emails from Move On's Bernie Sanders campaign.
Not only do I resent the subterfuge, but MoveOn will not stop sending me these emails in spite of my efforts to unsubscribe in every way possible.(Their FAQs, contact forms, feedback forms, etc etc.)
If anyone on Wacco is a MoveOn active member and can help me with this, I would appreciate it. I would also like them to know that such behavior by MoveOn is counterproductive to their overall good intentions, and to the Sanders campaign.

Seems like whenever I've received a petition notice, there's always been an "unsubscribe" button. It may be way down at the bottom in small letters. Did you click on "unsubscribe", and it didn't work? Just wondered, since this wasn't on the list of things you tried.

Have you ever noticed how long unsubscribing takes to take effect? "Please allow up to two weeks..."
...to give them time to sell your address to dozens of other outlets.

Thanks Shandi, to answer your Q--Yes, I followed all of their protocols including the unsubscribe option numerous times. However, as of today, I am "unsubscribed."
