Need referral for carpet installer or handyman to stretch existing carpet

We need a referral for a carpet installer or handyman to do a 2-step job:

1.Lift a carpet in a 25 x 35' great room.

We will then tighten up floorboards under the carpet.

2. Second visit to re-lay and stretch the carpet.
