I would like to find a jeweler to repair the lobster clasp on the chain, and the little circle of gold holding the pendant to the chain.

Probably the best person to take your jewelry to would be Larry Conover.
His workshop is on College Ave just above Mendocino Ave. Larry has been in business in SR for at least a couple of generations and he has done some beautiful repairs for me, in both silver and gold. He also designs and builds gold rings, etc.
I've known him for several years and trust him implicitly.
