Looking for occasional dog walker and house sitter

I need someone to occasionally walk my 14 year old Aussie and to be available to house sit now and then for short periods. In particular, I need a house sitter for a week in March (3/8/16-3/14/16). My dog has some minor medical problems and feeding requirements that take time, e.g., she needs a medication an hour before she eats, so I need someone who can spend that time with her. I am also looking for someone who is dog savvy and knows the basic hand signals for commands as she is mostly deaf but responds to the context of a situation and hand signals.
