I am a single male, mid 60's, seeking rental of a 1 b/r, studio, in-law, room, or houseshare. Have to be out of my current rental by 1-31-16. Found out about this a few days ago. No pets, drugs or smoking.
I am semi-retired and work as a contractor in computer technology
Need bathroom and kitchen, or privileges to such.
Looking in Marin and anything not over 10-20 miles to the north or east, but have looked at a place in Vallejo.
As the deadline approaches my parameters will get wider.
