"Some of the finest magic I know is saving
some of SUMMERTIME for the winter ! "

Early this summer I started teaching canning, as I have
THIRTY YEARS of CANNING, FREEZING, DRYING EXPERIENCE
However, I learned that what MOST people want is to have
someone do it for them....

So... if you would like beautiful jars filled
with fruits and jams, tomato sauce and pickles,
then I have a plan for doing that. You talk to me
about what you want, and when I can do the work.

Then you go buy the apples for the applesauce,
or the cucumbers for the pickles, and the other
items needed and your case of jars. (Fiesta has
the biggest variety and they are the cheapest I
know of too.) Andy's has wholesale fruit prices
if you buy a whole case (a box, a lug) of whatever
you're getting.

THEN....I do the work. And we share the results,
in whatever way we agreed to when we talked. If
you want to keep ALL the food, then we figure out
what you will pay me for my work.

Sample results: One case of apricots, and $5. of
organic sugar, fructose and Pomona's Pectin cost
a total of $18. I canned 12 jars of apricot low-
sugar jam for the person who spent the money above,
and 12 for myself, plus enough for a pie leftover.
(I provided my own sugar, jars etc.)

Please call (707) 823 - 6696 Please do not email
me questions, thanks! It takes too long to type
and it's canning season....

"CAN, CAN, CAN ! CAN WHILE YOU CAN ....

.....cause when you can't, you CAN'T"

PS If you want to learn, then you can have
a 2-3 hour class which will give you
the experience to then do it on your own.
(Phone support during your solo is included.)
Class fee $25.
