Seeking Personal Trainer/Coach

Hello! I am looking for a personal trainer or physical therapist (in training possibly) to help me keep up and regular with my exercises and healing process for some lower back disk related injuries. basically, i have a routine that i need to do, which keeps expanding, but struggle with the discipline to do it consistently :(

if you or anyone you know is maybe a yoga teacher, pilates, personal trainer, or PT (etc) and wants to make some extra money, please pass this along! i can host at my home or am happy to drive...$$$ compensation will be negotiated and based on experience.

One of my parents at my preschool has her own business as a personal trainer, massage therapist, and provides classes at her studio and the senior center. She's a wonderful personal trainer... very knowledgable and experienced, nurturing and supportive. She works with individuals and groups with great success.
