Can't post to Events category

I was going to post an ad there for $15/hr per the exception, but when I click on the link it shows a blank page. Strangely when I try that in the Sales/Timely offers page it works but that's supposed to be for the Business Directory members....

So this seems to be under Windows 7 only, I've tried multiple browsers. However it works on my Android phone.
